CoSign Digital Signature Solution Automates Your Approvals Affordably
The CoSign® digital signature solution is simple, scalable and quick-to-deploy, allowing you to automate your approvals, cut costs and assure data integrity. CoSign makes it easy to digitally sign all standard file formats, including Adobe® PDF® Reader®, Acrobat®, PDF/A and LiveCycle® ES, by issuing a digital certificate, embedding your digital signature directly into the document, and sealing it. CoSign includes graphical signatures and multiple signatures per document, and ensures compliance. CoSign comes in two flavors: CoSign Desktop for individual signers and CoSign Central for small to very large organizations.
CoSign Central Digital Signature
» Benefits

How does it work? |
|
ARX's CoSign digital signature (standard electronic signature) solution takes a centralized approach to deploying digital signatures within an organization, allowing an extremely quick deployment. Once the CoSign appliance is installed on the company’s network, CoSign will work in sync with the company’s user directory (e.g. Microsoft Active Directory, Novell eDirectory) to generate signing keys (Private Keys) to all users.
The technology behind CoSign digital signatures is based on an industry standard known as "Public Key Infrastructure" (PKI). With PKI, each user has a key-pair, a Private Key, and a Public Key used in every signature. Click here to learn more about how CoSign uses PKI.
