Systems Engineer
Salary + Commissions (Position Code 6422)

Purpose of Job:
ARX is currently seeking a Systems Engineer to join its International Team.
The job entails technical design and installation assistance of ARX electronic signature products to customers. Additional responsibilities include, pre-sales technical endorsement/presentation of ARX’s electronic signature products as well as providing technical product support at exhibitions and speaking engagements. The individual will assist in the preparation of client sales proposals and answering RFPs.

Requirements:

» Minimum 5 years experience in a technical sales or customer-facing sales support capacity.
» Extensive knowledge of Microsoft PC/Workstation operating systems, networking infrastructures, and web/client and web server environments.
» Knowledge of electronic Signature or PKI products and awareness of competitor product offerings is a definite asset.
» Knowledge of Active Directory, Novel NDS, and other user directories is an advantage.
» Experience working as a technical lead in a pre-sales software environment.
» Strong professional communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
» Excellent communication skills, a great work ethic, a strong commitment to a providing a positive customer experience.
» Ability to provide solutions through a consulting sales approach.

Direct Sales Manager
Salary + Commissions + Bonuses (Position Code 6421)

Purpose of Job:
ARX, Inc. is looking for high caliber Sales Professionals with proven track records and relevant experience selling in the Electronic Content Management (ECM) space. Candidates need to possess a thorough understanding of the enterprise document-management marketplace and competitive landscape. Candidates must have the ability to develop relationships and demonstrate value at many different levels within a customer organization to include technical engineering and executives. Candidates must also have solid knowledge and understanding of ERP, BPM, FMA, CAA, and SCM applications as well as the ability to effectively articulate the ARX-CoSign value proposition at various levels within an organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

» Responsible for all aspects of the Sale – prospect, identify, develop, direct and close existing and new business opportunities.
» Develop territory/account plans to achieve goals and exceed quota responsibility.
» Achieve solutions sales through a consultative selling approach.
» Consistently build and deliver on an accurate territory pipeline.
» Independently develop and execute effective campaigns within a specified geographic territory or vertical market.
» Support team-targeted vertical market penetration programs.
» Maintain accurate and complete data of sales accounts within a CRM system.
» Maintain knowledge of competitive offerings and industry trends.

Requirements:

» Minimum 7 years experience.
» Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a great work ethic, a strong commitment to a positive customer experience, and attention to detail are a must!
» Knowledge of e-Signature or ECM products and awareness of competitor product offerings is a plus.
» Must be able to work independently from a home office environment. 
» Proven track record of exceeding goals (Hunters strongly preferred).
» Enjoys and thrives in a growing, multi-cultural, and fast-paced environment.
» Ability to demonstrate specific industry knowledge required (previous Healthcare-industry experience is preferred).
» Must be able to present the value of a highly innovative product into different vertical markets.
