ARX maintains the security of Users' information at all times. Once the information is in ARX’s system, it is accessible to authorized ARX personnel only. ARX strictly enforces its privacy policies with its employees and any breach of this policy might result in termination and/or the pressing of criminal charges where there are grounds.
