Digital Signature for PDF

Digitally sign PDF Documents

Welcome to CoSign Digital Signature demo for Adobe Reader.

In the following scenario, Sarah Reynolds, a Clinical Trials Manager, completes a Form 3454. The form is a fillable PDF.  And she is able to open, complete, sign, and save the form using her free Adobe Reader version 6 or higher. Sarah opens the PDF document, and she begins completing the form. Sarah is almost ready to digitally sign the form.  CoSign works with Adobe Reader without plug-ins.   Because CoSign resides seamlessly underneath Adobe Reader, Sarah is not required to initiate any extra steps for signing.  Applying her digital signature is a natural part of completing the form. Sarah clicks on the signature field, and she is automatically prompted for her user name and password.  CoSign eliminates the need for distributing keys, tokens and certificates to end-users due to its centralized approach. The Sign Document window opens.  Sarah selects her reason for signing from the drop down menu. Clicking the Sign button prompts her to save the completed and signed PDF. By using standard, digital signature technology, CoSign produces a portable signature record for every signature it captures. Anyone viewing the signed PDF may validate Sarah’s signature. By simply right-clicking on Sarah’s signature and selecting Validate Signature, we see that the signature is valid.  Furthermore, CoSign’s Portable Signature Format (CoSign PSF™) enables partners, customers, and prospects to retain and verify: proof of signer identity, intent and transaction integrity over the life of the record…without the need for proprietary software.

CoSign keeps your business moving and makes it easy for business to be done electronically from anywhere. Thank you for viewing the demo.
