Digitally Sign Documents

What are Digital Signatures?

Digital signatures are an easy-to-use, non-forgeable way to authorize electronic documents and transactions, and eliminate the need to print and manually sign and route paper documents. Today, most countries promote digital signing, and have even adapted legislation and regulations that recognize the legality of digitally signed documents.

CoSign® is an easy-to-use digital signature solution that integrates seamlessly with all major document management solutions such as Microsoft® Word, Excel®, Adobe® PDF, and more. This makes it easy to apply your personalized digital signature to any common file format you use without having to print it out, and also allow third or external parties to verify your signature for authenticity and integrity. CoSign automatically invalidates a digital signature if any changes are made to the document after signing, thereby protecting against information tampering, and ensuring signer authenticity and accountability, data integrity and non-repudiation of electronic documents.
