Can I unsign a document?

I wanted to know if its possible to unsign a document..
I am using Microsoft Office 2007

Hi David ,


Yes the signature can be cleared ( if that’s what you mean by un sign a document ) it can be done only if the signers has chose to set the signature policy “signature can be cleared by – anyone “ .
For example if you will create an empty signature field right click it and go to settings and go to the signature policy tab there you can find the options of who can clear the signature once the document is
Signed, the available options are :

· Anyone
· Signer only
· No one
