CoSign Client uses TCP port 443 SSL/TLS protocol to communicate with the appliance, you’ll need to ensure the port is open from any user machine to the appliance.Quote:

We had a problem with a cosign client across the wan falling to connect to the appliance. We had our riverbed set to bypass any 443 traffic, but it still tried compressin anything to/from the cosign appliance because the certificate is self signed. A new riverbed rule fixed it.
