Let's follow Lisa Harris, a new InsureUs employee, as she logs into the Human Resources portal and completes her I-9 form. Lisa inputs her personal information.  Lisa is now ready to sign her form.  She clicks the Sign Form button. She is prompted to enter her employee number for authentication purposes. A Signature Box appears, indicating that the form is now signed. John Miller is the HR Manager responsible for completing the employer portion of the I-9 form. Let's follow John as he validates Lisa's signature and completes and signs Lisa's I-9 form using CoSign. John accesses Lisa's form and right clicks on her signature, and selects Validate Signature in order to authenticate Lisa’s form. Lisa's signature is valid, and if we view the signature properties…We can see that a valid CoSign Digital Signature is proof of Signer Identity, Intent, and Transaction Integrity. John may now begin completing the employer section of the form. John is now ready to sign the form. He is prompted for his user name and password. By clicking the Sign button, he adds his signature to the form. The entire process is now complete. The form is now signed by Lisa, the employee...and by John Miller - the HR Manager. The signed form can now be electronically archived.
