Welcome to CoSign Digital Signature demo for Engineering Organizations.

In this scenario, John completes, signs and requests signature approval on an engineering change order (ECO).  John opens the ECO template, and he begins completing the form.  After completing the ECO, John is ready to digitally sign the form. John right-clicks on the signature field.  He selects Sign from the drop down menu. By clicking OK, John chooses to sign the ECO with his graphical and digital signature. Once John has signed the ECO, any changes made to the form will immediately invalidate his signature. And now, instead of manually routing the ECO, the online process allows John’s manager to receive it for his immediate approval.
