CoSign Digital Signatures for Contract Signing
Welcome to CoSign Digital Signature demo for contract signing.
CoSign provides the speed and convenience of digital signatures to your contracts lifecycle management system.
In the following scenario, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is routed between John Miller of Miller Accounting and Roamtech.
After reviewing the NDA, John simply right-clicks on the signature field to sign the document.
He selects Sign.
He enters his reason for signing the document.
John is prompted for his user name and password.
John's signature is applied to the document.
CoSign seals and secures the contract, protecting against attempted forgery or changes to the document.
By right-clicking on John's signature, we select Details.
The signature details show that a valid cosign signature provides proof of signer identity, intent and transaction integrity.
John is now ready to email the signed document to Sarah Reynolds at Roamtech.
Sarah opens the document.
She decides to make a minor modification to the NDA.
Sarah right-clicks on the signature field, and she selects Sign.
And, she is prompted for her user name and password.
Sarah's signature is applied to the document.
Now, if we attempt to validate John's signature...
We see that his signature is no longer valid, because the document he initially signed has been changed.
