One-Time Digital Signature at the Point-of-Service

CoSign Digital Signatures for One-Time Signature at a Point-of-Service

Welcome to CoSign Digital Signature demo for Point-of-Sale Applications.

Electronic documents are increasingly used in various phases of the workflow. Many documents require multiple signatures – often including a one-time signer residing outside of the organization. For example, a hospital staff employee might need to complete patient consent forms for several different patients.

Using CoSign, the hospital staff may capture the one-time patient electronic/graphical signature and then countersign and seal the document with a digital signature.

Sarah Reynolds is a hospital staff employee.  She must have Mary Smith sign a consent form prior to treatment. Sarah opens the PDF document using CoSign…

She drags the mouse to create a signature block.

She selects Create an electronic signature field.

She drags the mouse to create a signature block.

Mary is prompted to capture her signature using a mouse or ePad

CoSign automatically applies Mary’s graphical signature to the document.

Sarah digitally signs and seal the consent form.
She selects Create and sign a new signature field.

She drags the mouse to create a signature field.

Sarah is prompted to enter her reason for signing the document.

She inserts her title.

And, she is challenged for her password.

Sarah’s digital signature is applied to the document.

Using CoSign, anyone can create electronic signatures or add comments to an existing PDF document…and then countersign and seal the document using their digital signature.

CoSign provides the ability to address one-time signers, while ensuring compliance and the integrity of the document.

CoSign keeps your business moving and makes it easy for business to be done electronically from anywhere. Thank you for viewing the demo.
