Welcome to CoSign Digital Signature demo for Point-of-Sale Applications.

In this demo, we follow a client and insurance agent as they complete an annuity applications form. Jessica Harper is the client, and she meets with her agent to complete an annuity application. Once Jessica and her insurance agent complete the Annuity application, they are ready to sign the document. Jessica applies her signature to the form by clicking the Sign button. Jessica's graphical signature may be captured using an electronic pad (ePad) or directly on a TabletPC. Once her signature is captured, Jessica clicks Done. Jessica's graphical signature appears on the form. CoSign supports multiple file formats and may sign Adobe PDF documents within a web browser, without installing any software. Now that Jessica has completed and signed her applications, the agent may now counter sign and seal the form using his digital and graphical signature. The insurance agent enters his Username and Password into the form. When finished, he clicks the Sign button, and his signature automatically appears on the form. By simply right clicking on the agent's signature, the carrier may validate the agent's signature and verify the document's authenticity. We verify that the application is electronically signed by the client and digitally signed and sealed by the agent. Furthermore, valid CoSign signature is proof of signer identity, intent and transaction integrity over the life of the record…without the need for proprietary software. The application is complete, and it may now be sent electronically to the carrier for immediate processing.
