Welcome to CoSign Digital Signature demo for Microsoft Office InfoPath 2003.

Microsoft InfoPath 2003 makes it possible to create and deploy dynamic electronic forms.  Teams and organizations easily gather, share and manage information – improving collaboration and decision making. CoSign digital signatures integrate seamlessly with InfoPath. Let’s follow an employee as he submits an Absence Request form to his manager for approval and signature. The manager reviews the form. He enters his details. When he is ready to sign the form, he clicks the CoSign Digital Signature menu button. He selects Sign. The CoSign Digital Signature Wizard dialogue opens, allowing him to begin the process of selecting the section to be signed. He selects his title. Then he selects the digital certificate that will be used to sign the form. He adds his comments, and he is finished. He verifies that the information and the section of the form being signed are correct. He checks the box stating that he has verified the content, and he clicks Sign. Let’s see what happens when someone alters the document after it has been signed. We change the manager’s information. A Microsoft Office InfoPath dialog box opens stating that the value has been digitally signed and cannot be changed.
