Designing Nintex Workflows with CoSign Digital Signatures

Welcome to Designing Nintex Workflow with CoSign Digital Signatures.

In this part of the demo, we will show how to combine the CoSign Digital Signatures signing activity within the Nintex Workflow.

We begin a new workflow using the Nintex Workflow Designer.

We choose the “Assign a to do task” workflow action.

Next, we select configure from the Task drop down menu.

In the dialog box, we complete the following:

• The name of the person required to sign the document.
• We select the Use existing for content type. 
• And finally, we select Cosign Workflow Signature Task from the drop down menu.

The same process that was shown in this demo can be done for any kind of SharePoint List Item as well.
