In the traditional paper world, signing a document is simple, intuitive and quick.
In the virtual paperless world, signing a document should be just as easy. It should take no more than 10 seconds or 1-2 mouse clicks – to ensure that the document is signed, sealed and legally compliant.
But if your digital signature solution requires the user to go through a tedious wizard-type process to sign a document and each step of the process requires a user interaction making the process complicated and difficult, the inadequacies of the selected solution will soon become apparent.
