CoSign Digital Signatures for Microsoft Word 2003

Welcome to CoSign Digital Signature demo for Microsoft Office Excel 2003.

Once installed, CoSign is added to the menu bar. After clicking on the space you would like to sign, select Add Signature Field from the CoSign menu.
Right-click on the signature field to sign the document. Select Sign from the drop down menu.

Users are prompted to enter the reason for signing the document. You may be prompted to enter your username and/or password. Note: Your username is the email address you entered during your CoSign registration.
Your password is the password you selected during your registration/installation process.

The signature appears on the document. By right-clicking on the signature and selecting Validate, anyone can verify that the signature is authentic. We see the certificate is valid and can confirm Sarah Reynold’s identity.
