CoSign Digital Signatures for Microsoft Outlook 2003

Outlook 2003

Welcome to CoSign Digital Signature tutorial for Microsoft Outlook 2003.

Microsoft® Outlook® includes tools for sending and receiving digitally signed emails. CoSign® integrates with Outlook by managing your public and private keys and certificates. This enables you to easily sign emails in Outlook.

Before you can send signed email messages, you must configure Outlook to associate your certificate with your email account. Note:  Dialog boxes and other user interface elements may appear slightly different in Microsoft Office XP/ Office 2003.

From the Tools menu, select Options. The Options dialog box appears.  Select the Security tab. For additional setting options, click Change Settings. The Change Security Settings dialog box appears. If you have only one certificate, it will be selected automatically. Otherwise, click Choose to select a signing certificate in the Certificates and Algorithms section. Select the certificate you want to use for signing your emails and click OK.

To sign a specific email message, select the envelope icon on the Outlook toolbar.

CoSign keeps your business moving and makes it easy for business to be done electronically from anywhere. Thank you for viewing the demo.
