Adding Graphical Signatures to CoSign Digital Signatures

Graphical Signatures

Welcome to CoSign Digital Signature demo for Adding Graphical Signatures to the CoSign digital signature.

Open the CoSign Control Panel by clicking Start-->Programs-->ARX CoSign-->CoSign Control Panel.

To add graphical signatures, choose the Graphical Signatures icon. Select New to add a graphical signature. 

Signers may name the graphical signature.

Choose the Type of signature being added – Signature, Logo or Initials.

There are 3 methods of inserting a new graphical signature into CoSign:

• Handwritten signature via Tablet PC/mouse
• Signature as text
• Uploading a JPEG/BMP image

Choose Tablet PC/mouse to insert a handwritten signature. Write your signature using the mouse. To redo, click Clear. To save, click OK. 

Choose Text to insert a textual signature. Enter the name in the Signature text field. Text characteristics (font, color, size, style…) may be changed by clicking Font.

To save your signature, click OK.
