Direct Sales Manager
Salary + Commissions + Bonuses (Position Code 6421)
Purpose of Job:
The Sales Manager will be an integral member of the Sales organization and the company as a whole. Working together in a team environment with Sales Engineers, you will be responsible for the Sales process within specified markets from start to close. This position requires the ability to listen and understand each prospect’s business drivers and consequently, adapting the ARX ROI and value proposition to each situation.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of the Sale – prospect, identify, develop, direct and close on-going and new business opportunities |

Build quality relationships at all levels |
| » |
Listen and provide solutions through a consultive selling approach |
| » |
Uncover and understand both the business problem and the underlying technology in order to present the value of an offering |
| » |
Independently develop and execute effective campaigns within a specified territory or vertical market |
| » |
Support team-targeted vertical market penetration programs |
| » |
Maintain accurate and complete data of sales prospects within a CRM system |
| » |
Maintain knowledge of competitive offerings and industry trends |
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience |
| » |
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a great work ethic, a strong commitment to a positive customer experience, and organized attention to detail are a must! |

Knowledge of e-Signature or PKI products and awareness of competitor product offerings is a plus, but not a requirement |
| » |
Must be able to work independently from a home office. Must also be a team player and communicate well to prospects, and within the company |
| » |
A strategic thinker with the ability to organize and execute at both the tactical and strategic selling levels |
| » |
Enjoys and thrives in a growing, multi-cultural, and fast-paced environment |

Must be able to present the value of a highly innovative product into different vertical markets |
