Systems Engineer
Salary + Commissions (Position Code 6422)
Purpose of Job:
ARX is currently seeking a Systems Engineer to join its International Team.
The job entails technical design and installation assistance of ARX electronic signature products to customers. Additional responsibilities include, pre-sales technical endorsement/presentation of ARX’s electronic signature products as well as providing technical product support at exhibitions and speaking engagements. The individual will assist in the preparation of client sales proposals and answering RFPs.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in a technical sales or customer-facing sales support capacity. |

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft PC/Workstation operating systems, networking infrastructures, and web/client and web server environments. |

Knowledge of electronic Signature or PKI products and awareness of competitor product offerings is a definite asset. |
| » |
Knowledge of Active Directory, Novel NDS, and other user directories is an advantage. |
| » |
Experience working as a technical lead in a pre-sales software environment. |
| » |
Strong professional communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. |
| » |
Excellent communication skills, a great work ethic, a strong commitment to a providing a positive customer experience. |

Ability to provide solutions through a consulting sales approach. |
