ARX and TG Consulting Partner to Offer Electronic Signature Solutions for Xerox DocuShare

Algorithmic Research (ARX), a leading worldwide provider of electronic signatures and data security solutions, today announced a partnership with TG Consulting, a provider of integrated document management software. 

The partnership agreement will see TG Consulting resell ARX’s CoSign® digital signature appliance to DocuShare customers looking for an integrated solution to electronically sign documents within applications such as Microsoft Word, InfoPath, Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Using electronic signatures, these organizations may replace handwritten signatures, sealing documents with verifiable signatures as well as saving the costs and time associated with paper-based processes.
