Square DMS eWorX Integrates CoSign Electronic Signatures

Algorithmic Research (ARX), a worldwide provider of electronic-signature and data-security solutions, today announced that it has signed a strategic OEM agreement with Square DMS, one of Netherlands leading integrators of FileNet Document Management based Solutions.

CoSign® has successfully been integrated with eWorX, Square DMS's document management solution. eWorX targets housing benefits in the real-estate market and is based on FileNet's Content Services. In spite of the paperless eWorX system, Square DMS customers still found themselves printing some transactions, signing them by hand, and then mailing these documents using regular mail. These customers can now eliminate those hurdles and save the costs associated with all the paperwork by using CoSign electronic signatures. CoSign also helps customers to comply with regulations requiring electronic signatures such as the European Directive (EC Directive 99/93 on Electronic Signatures) and ReMANO, the Dutch regulation for electronic documentation and signatures.

In addition, due to broad market demand for digital-signature solution, Square DMS will distribute CoSign also to non-eWorX’s customers in The Netherlands. “We have been looking for a solution that will enable our customers a smooth migration to electronic signatures and a total paperless environment” says Ron Janssen, Marketing Director of Square DMS. “CoSign offers our customers a unique integration with their own existing corporate environment that is very simple to use and deploy.”
