SoftLink, Ltd., a leading provider of enterprise file exchange and secure file transfer technology for cross-platform environments and Algorithmic Research (ARX), a leading provider of electronic-signature and data-security solutions, today announced their agreement to collaborate on enhancing the capabilities of SoftLink's file exchange solutions with ARX's Private Server HSM.
ARX brings to the partnership their vast experience in cryptographic security products, digital signatures and network-attached HSMs (Hardware Secure Module). Together with SoftLink’s experience in multi-platform, high-performance secure Enhanced File Transfer protocols, the partnership is expected to provide added value to SoftLink’s scalable and highly secure file exchange solutions.
