ARX Extends Presence in Europe and Signs Agreement with Partner Solutions

Petach Tikva, Israel, Feb. 24, 2005 – ARX, a worldwide provider of electronic-signature and data security solutions today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Partner Solutions, one of Portugal’s leading integrators of Enterprise Content Management and Business Process Management solutions, to resell CoSign®, ARX’s digital signature solution in Portugal. Partner Solutions will offer CoSign to its customer base in the Portuguese government, finance and healthcare sectors who have already invested in ECM and document management solutions and wish to complete the transition to paperless transactions by adding electronic signatures.

CoSign is a simple-to-use and tamper-evident electronic-signature appliance that enables organizations to substitute handwritten signatures with non-forgeable electronic ones. CoSign equips organizations with an innovative way to electronically sign documents, forms and, messages using their existing everyday applications, such as MS-Word, Adobe-Acrobat, ERP and Document Management systems.
