Algorithmic Research (ARX) announced today the appointment of Noam Ziv to the position of Vice President Business Development. Mr. Ziv will have overall responsibility for the company's future business directions, OEM Agreements for ARX's Electronic-Signature Solution and inbound and outbound partnerships. Ziv will report directly to ARX's CEO Dr. Gadi Aharoni.

Mr. Ziv has over 20 years of high-tech experience, of which 10 years as an executive in the Data-Security arena. Prior to ARX, Ziv was the CEO of First Access Ltd. – a software security company that developed the Bluetooth Firewall. Before joining First Access, Mr. Ziv was the corporate development director at Checkpoint Software Technologies (NASDAQ:CHKPF) where he was responsible for corporate M&A and RoW Business Development, reporting to Mr. Gil Shwed – CEO & President. Ziv consulted JVP, a leading Israeli VC fund, for six years and served in the Advisory Board of JVP#2.
Mr. Ziv has a M.A. from York University in Toronto, Canada where he specialized in Philosophy of Science. |
