ARX to Speak on Electronic Signatures at Human Resources Conference

Abell will describe how PEO companies stand to benefit using standard electronic signature (PKI-based) solutions that are compliant with US governmental regulations.
"In December 2004, the US congress/president signed into law Public Law 108-390 allowing, even encouraging, the use of electronic signatures and records for Form I-9s," says Abell.
"The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requires all employers to verify the legality of all employees to work in the US through the completion of a federal Form I-9," he adds.
According to Abell, taking advantage of this new legislation gives PEOs an opportunity to decrease their processing time and cost, while enhancing customer services.
