ARX and HRDox to Drive Compliance and Business Process Optimization for HR Industry

The integrated solution will drive down cost, reduce errors and speed up business processes by digitally signing electronic HR forms; eliminating the need to print, fax, express mail and manually archive paper-based documents. 

CoSign is a standards-based electronic signature solution that enables secure signing & tamper-proofing of the many forms and documents found in today’s HR organizations. Combining the two systems will marry the personnel on-boarding processes with talent management applications. Since US Public Law 108-390 went into effect in April 2005 all employers are required to verify the legality of all employees who work in the US through the completion of a Federal Form I-9, which in fact also encourages the use of electronic signatures and records for Form I-9s.
