Digital Signatures and Document Management Webinar

AIIM Webinar addresses how the integration of a digital signature solution can enhance Microsoft® SharePoint® or other Enterprise Content Management deployments by eliminating the costs and delays associated with wet signatures.

San Francisco, California, October 11, 2009

A webinar, titled "Sign Here: The Business Case for Digital Signatures", hosted by AIIM, a leading authority in the field of document management and co-sponsored by ARX, a leader in digital signature technology, will take place on October 14, 2009 at 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM (EST). During the webinar, Barclay T. Blair, the Director and Practice Lead, FCS Information Governance,  and John Marchioni, VP of Business Development at ARX, will discuss how to successfully add digital signatures to your enterprise content management infrastructure. You can register for the webinar here.

The webinar will address the workflow challenges that many organizations face when they are forced to introduce paper into their automated business processes for signing purposes. Individuals that attend the webinar will learn how digital signatures can enhance SharePoint or other Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems by extending digital signature capabilities to these applications, expediting workflow and reducing paper-related costs. Attendees will also learn how to measure the ROI of implementing a digital signature in hard dollars, not just time saved.

"Organizations that utilize ECM deployments and workflow applications solutions can now authenticate their data and eliminate the last paper in their organization by implementing the CoSign® digital signature solution," said John Marchioni, VP Business Development, ARX.

CoSign digital signatures seamlessly integrate with most ECM technology such as Microsoft SharePoint, Lawson S3 and M3, NextDocs, etc., allowing organizations to leverage the investments they have made in electronic workflow processes. Watch a demo to see how CoSign can be used within an Enterprise Content Management system.
