ARX, Inc., a leading provider of
digital signature solutions (standard electronic signatures), will be attending AASHTO’s (American Association of State Highways and Transportation Officials) upcoming
2009 Annual Subcommittee on Information Systems Meeting , May 3-6 in Seattle, WA. The event brings together senior level technology professionals and decision makers from transportation agencies across the United States and Canada and is a catalyst for organizational and technical excellence.
During the meeting, John Marchioni, ARX's Vice President of Business Development, will provide a presentation on the CoSign digital signature solution and the benefits for DOT organizations. By replacing traditional ink signatures and stamps, CoSign fully automates processes, increases operational efficiencies, and keeps businesses running smoothly with the proper controls. CoSign allows government agencies and vendors to fully leverage the benefits of their Document Mangement (DM) systems by eliminating the need to reintroduce paper documentation for signing purposes. Moreover, CoSign's standards-based technology allows seamless collaboration between internal and external business partners without requiring them to download any costly, complicated, or proprietary, software or plug-ins.
"The Cosign portable signature format is the most versatile and reliable electronic signature solution available," said John Marchioni. “CoSign's attributes include a broad diversity of application compatibility, the most reliable security standards, and global verification of signer’s identity, intent and document integrity. The CoSign digital signature solution enables DOT organizations to optimize their operations with the proper controls and information integrity, while affordably meeting their regulatory obligations.”
During the event, ARX will be exhibiting CoSign at booth #3. Mr. Marchioni's presentation will take place on May 6 from 8:00-9:00am in the Grand Pacific Ballroom EFG.
