The new version of the digital signature solution provides enhanced features such as broadened support for 64-bit operating systems and standards WebDAV, XAdES, and XML.
San Francisco, California, May 5, 2010
ARX (Algorithmic Research), the leading provider of digital signature solutions, has released version 5 of CoSign®, the organization’s flagship digital signature solution. The upgrade includes new administrative tools, a new, user-friendly interface, and more.
With the new release, CoSign now supports 64-bit operating systems under Windows® 7, Vista®, Windows 2008 R2 and others. WebDAV support is now offered, enabling documents signed with CoSign to be saved directly to remote World Wide Web servers. The CoSign version 5 release also provides support for ETSI XAdES standards, allowing CoSign deployments to achieve even broader compliance with the EU Directive’s legal requirements. In addition, support for native XML signatures (i.e. XMLDsig), as recommended by the W3C, is also provided.
"We’re very excited about the extended OS and standards support in this latest release," says Gadi Aharoni, CEO, ARX. “These enhancements are in line with our well-established product strategy to deliver standards-based solutions that also directly address the business needs and demands of our customers.”
