Electronic Signatures Provider, ARX, Appoints Alternative Solutions to Resell CoSign

Algorithmic Research (ARX), a leading worldwide provider of electronic signatures and data security solutions, has signed an agreement with Alternative Solutions Limited a UK-based network and system integration specialist, to resell the CoSign® electronic signature appliance.

CoSign is an integrated solution that enables their users to electronically sign documents using standard electronic signatures within applications such as Microsoft Word, InfoPath, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and AutoCAD. Using digital signatures, organizations may replace handwritten signatures, sealing documents with legally-binding signatures as well as saving on costs and time associated with paper-based processes.

CoSign's electronic signatures are based on PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), a mature and proven technology which ensures signer authenticity, data integrity and non-repudiation of documents.
